Morocco Tour 7 days from Casablanca to desert. This 7-day tour will lead you to discover the charm of the city of Marrakech and these historical monuments, before traveling to the south of Morocco to visit these oases and valleys, discover the kasbahs and sand dunes of Merzouga, the tour will continue towards Fes, the cultural city of Morocco.
Day 1: Casablanca to Marrakech
Arrive in Casablanca, our private driver will meet you at the airport and transfer you to Marrakech. Once in Marrakech, you can check into your hotel and have free time to relax or explore the city at your own pace. You may want to visit iconic sites such as the Koutoubia Mosque, the Bahia Palace, or stroll through the bustling markets of the medina.
Day 2: Explore Marrakech
Today you will have a full day to explore more of Marrakech. Start by visiting the beautiful Jardin Majorelle, an enchanting garden owned by Yves Saint Laurent, known for its bright blue buildings and exotic plants. Next, head to the Saadian Tombs, where you can admire the beautifully decorated mausoleums of past rulers. In the afternoon, head to Jamaa el Fna Square, a lively spot with street performers, food stalls, and local vendors. You can also take a traditional Moroccan cooking class or enjoy a relaxing hammam and spa experience.
Day 3: Marrakech to Aït Ben Haddou
After breakfast, departure from Marrakech and direction Ait Ben Haddou. Along the way, you will pass through the picturesque High Atlas Mountains and breathtaking landscapes. Ait Ben Haddou is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and famous for its well-preserved kasbahs. Take a guided tour of the ancient village, learn about its history and enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding Atlas Mountains. Spend the night in a traditional kasbah near Ait Ben Haddou.
Day 4: Ait Ben Haddou to the Dadès Valley
Today’s trip takes you through the beautiful oases of Ouarzazate and Skoura en route to the Dades Valley. Ouarzazate is known as the “Hollywood of Morocco” because of its film studios and has been the scene of many famous films. In the Skoura oasis, enjoy a peaceful walk among the palm groves and visit the magnificent Kasbah Amridil. Continuing towards the Dadès Valley, marvel at the spectacular landscapes, including the famous “Valley of Roses”. Spend the night in a charming riad in the Dadès Valley.
Day 5: Dades Valley to Merzouga
Departure from the Dadès valley and crossing the magnificent Todra Gorges, famous for their imposing canyon walls. Stop to explore the gorge and enjoy its breathtaking views. Then continue the journey to Merzouga, the gateway to the golden dunes of the Sahara Desert. Upon arrival, you will meet your camel caravan and set off on a magical camel trek through the desert. Enjoy the mesmerizing sunset over the dunes and spend the night at a traditional desert campsite, where you will enjoy a delicious dinner and experience the captivating silence of the desert.
Day 6: Merzouga to Fes
Wake up early to admire the spectacular sunrise over the dunes before getting back on your camels and returning to Merzouga. After breakfast, say goodbye to the desert and follow the scenic route towards Fez. On your journey through the Middle Atlas Mountains, enjoy the changing landscape and make a stop in Ifrane, nicknamed “Little Switzerland” for its unique architecture. When you arrive in Fez, settle into your hotel and relax.
Day 7: Fes to Casablanca
On the last day of your tour, we will arrange a private transfer from Fes to Casablanca. Depending on your flight departure time, you may have some free time to explore Casablanca or relax before your departure. If time permits, you can visit the magnificent Hassan II Mosque, stroll along the Corniche or discover the lively neighborhoods of the city. Our driver will ensure that you arrive at the airport with plenty of time for your flight.
